The team can register an activity for one student or for several students at a time and then modify only the individual exceptions. Each classroom can use the activities set up by the center, including meals, sleep, hygiene and observations.

History allows you to consult previous records. The student's files gather information relevant to their care, such as allergies, care and feeding needs.

Communication with families

Send individual and circular messages to the corresponding families or classrooms. Circulars can include files and links, be scheduled, and ask questions. The center can check the answers and who is left to answer.

You can also create polls and post events to the calendar. The center sets the time when families can write.

Photographs, videos and documents

Administration

Create receipts and check their status. You can download a SEPA file to arrange direct debits with the bank and obtain the data needed to prepare Form 233. Pekebook provides the data; it does not file the form on behalf of the center.

Applications and access

Families

From its application, a family consults the shared information of several children with the same account, even if they are in different centers that use Pekebook. The center can activate self-registration and accept or reject each request. If you enable family payment, certain families can pay for their child's license from the app; The center can also take charge.

Educators

The team works by classroom from its application and the corresponding web accesses: it records activities, shares content and communicates with families according to their permissions.

Optional artificial intelligence

If the center activates these functions, Pekebook can help write and improve circulars, improve messages and propose observations for agenda activities. The team reviews the proposals before using them. The center decides whether to use AI and with what level of access.

Privacy, permissions and security

The center defines what information it shares and who can see it. Communications use HTTPS/TLS. Data and files stored on Pekebook's main systems are encrypted at rest, and the main infrastructure is located in the European Union. Management and administration accounts can enable two-step verification.

Licenses and subscriptions

No long-term commitment. The license is associated with a student and the center chooses the period it needs.

Licenses are contracted for full months. If the month has already started, the first month's price is adjusted to the remaining period. Longer-term contracts may have discounts and some centers may have particular conditions. That is why a universal price is not published; The center knows the applicable conditions before contracting.

The center can pay for the licenses. If you enable family payment, you can also allow certain families to pay from your app.

Creating a center account is free and does not require booking a demo. There is at least one free demo license that does not expire and is used to test the service.

Cancellation and data export

The center can request cancellation directly from its panel, without having to contact support in advance. If you need an export of the center data, you can request it from Pekebook. The full export is not automatically obtained from the panel.
